Maybe I`m late, but this helped me accept SDK licenses for OSX, I documented completely the information in the following article: Accept the Android SDK license via Android Studio and accept licenses that you have not yet accepted (but must). Be sure to check both that they have both the “Library/Android/Sdk” file and /usr/local/share/android-sdk! If you`re not sure, completely uninstall Android Studio from your computer and start with a clean slate.
