@Russell Brazil, there are so many things you just wrote that I don`t agree that we just have to agree because, as a client, I am looking for a broker for their best judgment based on their experience, to help me buy as best as possible, taking into account all relevant considerations related to location, location, mantra and financial criteria that are important to the client. Basically, you say they are not trained to give me specific advice that would help make my purchase decision, which is why I had such a hard time finding a real estate agent of any value.
